Tank Truck Rollover Simulator
Northwest HazMat, Inc. can supply you with training simulators
that can provide more realistic training for your people. Choose either
our stock training tank or a custom designed tank to add the real-time,
hands on training your responders want. Our custom models include vapor
rails and operating valves to add further realism to your training events.
All of our tanks come with a MC306/DOT 406 dome lid that responders can
apply the Lid Tight® Dome Clamps. In addition, a Three Inch Clean-out
is added to allow practice of the Betts® Emergency Off-loading Valve.
All of our simulators can be filled with water and Rotate 90 Degrees.

Lid Tight® Dome Clamps
The Lid Tight® Dome Clamp is designed to lock down the
dome lids on the MC 306 and DOT 406 tank trucks. When these fuel haulers
roll over product can leak from their dome lids. The Lid Tight®
dome clamps spread over the width of the dome lid and lock down the lid,
preventing any further release of product. Lid Tight® are lightweight
and lock into place quickly and easily. Trucking companies, fire departments
and environmental contractors are the customers for this product.
Stinger Assembly
In order to off load an overturned gasoline tank truck, access can be gained by drilling through the tank wall. Once complete, our Stinger Assembly allows responders to safely transfer product from one vehicle to another. Our assembly includes a Stinger, Vapor Can and a Sight Glass to view the product.

"Betts" Emergency Unloading Fixture
This fixture is designed to make possible the emergency off
loading of an overturned tank through a capped 3" NPT clean-out without
spillage of the product.
Retract-A-Clamp
The Retract-A-Clamp (RAC) coiled static grounding and bonding assemblies provide a cost effective and easy to use system. These assemblies incorporate a corrosion resistant, orange vinyl-coated coiled cable and either our REB2960 clamp or another of our series of clamps.
The RAC assemblies with REB2960 clamp use 1/8" cable in 5', 10' and 20' lengths. The RAC assemblies with either the GAT-P or G40PC clamps use 3/16" cable in lengths of 20' and 25'.
GAT Aluminum Plier Clamp
The GAT aluminum plier clamp offers 3 stainless steel points, making it ideal for grounding road tankers, railcars and barges.
ALS10A Ground Clamp
Our ALS10A ground clamp is very similar in design to the REB2960, however, instead of 2 stainless steel points the ALS10A is designed with plated steel jaws to allow proper contact on to unpainted surfaces, posts or thin materials.
Heavy Duty "C" Clamp
Our series of 'C' clamps are widely used for semi-permanent connections to containers, drums and totes. Available in galvanized or bronze construction.
REB2960 Ground Clamp
Our REB2960 grounding clamp is a world standard for grounding or bonding small containers, drums, totes, machinery or personnel in areas containing flammable liquids or dust.
The plier-type clamp has a die cast aluminum body with 2 stainless steel points and a hefty 55 pound spring compression. This design allows the clamp to penetrate multiple layers of paint or corrosion build-up so that proper contact is made to bare metal.
The Striker® R100 Rod Driver
Save your knuckles with this rod driver. The Striker® gives you a flat striking surface to quickly drive grounding rods into the ground. Use with your sledge, and your ground field is ready to go. In safety orange.
